Our returns policy
14-day returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused FORZET™ within 14 days of the date you receive your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We want you to feel confident purchasing FORZET™. If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund provided the conditions below are met.
Conditions for return
We can accept your return if all of the following apply:
✔ The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date
✔ The product is unopened — the outer box seal must be intact
✔ The product is unused — no sachets have been opened or consumed
✔ The product is in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition
✔ Your order number or proof of purchase is included with the return
We are unable to accept returns where:
✖ The outer box has been opened or the seal broken
✖ Any sachets have been opened or used
✖ The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
✖ The product has been damaged after delivery
How to return
1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will confirm your return is approved and provide the return address.
3. Send the product back to us in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Return postage costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return postage in full.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Important — FSMP product note: FORZET™ is a Food for Special Medical Purposes. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products under any circumstances. If you have a question about whether FORZET™ is suitable for you, please speak to your healthcare professional before purchasing.
